On 8 June, at 7:00 PM, the Dubna Symphony Orchestra opens a series of concerts “Loft-philarmonic in Blokhinka”.

The format of this cycle will be different from the academic one. There will be concerts-meetings with professional musicians. The concerts will unite music and words, music and photographs, music and documentaries. Musicians will share how to listen, understand the composers’ intentions, how to hold audience’s attention, how to enjoy listening to classical music.

The first piano concert-meeting presents young talented musicians, students of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory Lev Zheleznyak and Anna Aksyuchitz (S. D. Terekhov class). They will perform “Sonata-reminiscenza”, op. 38 no. 2 by N. Medtner; two preludes by S. Rachmaninoff: D major and C minor; Sonata no. 3 by S. Prokofiev.
