A regular Meeting of the JINR Financial Committee was held at the International Conference Hall on 23-24 November. The agenda of the meeting included reports of the JINR Directorate: JINR Acting Director M.G.Itkis reported on the milestones of the 108th Session of the JINR Scientific Council, plans of JINR activity in 2011 and milestones of activity in 2010, JINR Assistant Director on financial issues V.V.Katrasev reported about a draft of the JINR budget for 2011 and about a draft of the plan of JINR member-states’ fees for 2012, 2013 and 2014.

JINR Assistant Director for Innovative Development A.V. Ruzaev reported about participation of JINR in joint projects with the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO). FLNP Director A.V.Belushkin presented scientific report “Upgrade of the IBR-2. Perspectives of development of the spectrometric complex”.

The adoption of the resolutions and signing of the Protocol that will be presented to the consideration of the Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the governments of the JINR Member States was held after a discussion.
