Researchers’ performance assessment system registered

The JINR Department of Innovation and Intellectual Property announces that on 2 June 2025, the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research received a certificate of state registration of an intelligent performance assessment system for employees of research organizations. The authors are Anastasia Kovaleva (Human Resources and Records Management Department) and Artem Korobitsin (VBLHEP).
“Intelligent performance assessment system for employees of research organizations”
The program is designed to generate performance reports of researchers in scientific organizations for the reporting period. The program analyses the performance indicators of the organization’s researchers, including the number of completed tasks, the quality of studies, and the punctuality in meeting deadlines. Key features: the system can analyse the interaction between employees, and identify the most effective teams, and assess the impact of various management decisions on the effectiveness of work. The program provides a report that quantifies the contribution of each researcher over a selected period to the work of a scientific organization. OS: Windows, Linux.
