On 27 March 2021, the JINR Cultural Centre “Mir” invites to XIII Open Interzonal Contest of Children’s Art “First steps in arts”.

Musicians from Dubna, Taldom, Dmitrov, and Zaprudnya will perform. The programme includes two concerts set at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
