Abstract:

The thesis presents a developed and implemented concept of creating a “multi-agent information-analytical system (MIAS) on scientific and technological areas”. The peculiarity of the work consists in a three-level architecture of the MIAS which allows optimization of the contradictory indicators of completeness and accuracy at the first two levels. A constructive suggestion is that on the third (working) level the end user receives news collections of information with record high levels of completeness, accuracy and pertinence.

The system is put into pilot operation in the scientific – technical institute of intersectoral information.
