Abstract:

Traditionally, the tracking procedure is subdivided into two stages: track finding, which groups detector hits corresponding to the same track, and track fitting, which reconstructs track parameters by optimization of a track model to the measured hits.
The tracking methods suitable for collider experiments with momenta of charged secondaries in the range of 0.5…15 GeV/c will be discussed.
