By order of JINR Director V. A. Matveev, I remind you that under article 29 of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and JINR on the location and on operating environment of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in the Russian Federation, without prejudice to the privileges and immunities granted in accordance with this Agreement, the Organization (JINR) and all beneficiaries of those privileges and immunities (officials and family members of officials living with them), are obliged to respect and comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and comply with the Decrees and Orders of the authorities of the Russian Federation.
