D.A. Medvedev appointed G.V. Trubnikov as the First Deputy Minister of Minobrnauki

On 18 June 2018, Prime Minister of RF Dmitry Medvedev signed the order due to which Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Russian Federation Grigory Trubnikov is appointed as the First Deputy Minister of the department. The document is published on the web-site of the Russian Government.

“To appoint Grigory Vladimirovich Trubnikov as the First Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation,” the order signed on Monday states.

G. Trubnikov has held the post of Deputy Minister since 2017. He was responsible for scientific, scientific and technical and innovation activities of the Ministry as well as coordinated statutory and legal regulation in the fields of science, technologies and intellectual property, implementation of priorities of scientific and technological development.

Moreover, three orders were signed on Monday according to which Sergey Kuzmin, Alexander Stepanov and Alexey Medvedev were appointed as Deputy Ministers of Minobrnauki. All of them were deputies of Mikhail Kotyukov when he held the post of Director of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations (FASO) in 2013-2018.
