The 2nd Round Table Italy–Russia@Dubna «Space Physics and Biology» was held in Dubna on 20-22 December 2010 at the International Conference Hall. it was organized by the Italian Embassy in the Russian Federation, JINR and RAS. Over 100 experts in the fields of biology, biophysics, neuroscience, astrophysics, astronomy and cosmology participated in the Round Table. They represented universities and research centers of Bologna, Moscow, Naples, Padua, Pisa, Pushchino, Rome, Trieste, Turin, Florence and laboratories of JINR.

A trilateral agreement on cooperation between Italy, Russia and JINR was signed on the last day of the event . The document was signed by INFN Chairman, Rector of the University of SISSA (Trieste, Italy), Professor G. Martinelli, Vice-President of RAS Academician A.I. Grigoriev, JINR Acting Director Professor M.G. Itkis. The round table was concluded by the signing of a cumulative memorandum.
