The visit of the delegation of experts from the Arab Republic of Egypt headed by Professor Hussein El Samman at JINR was finished on 13 November 2010.

On results of work of the group at JINR laboratories a memorandum was signed where 18 proposals on joint activities of the ARE with the Flerov Laboratory of Nuclear Reactions, the Laboratory of Information Technologies, the Laboratory of Radiation Biology and the Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics, including one joint project of FLNR and FLNP were enumerated. It is also expected that during a week proposals on joint projects with the Veksler and Baldin Laboratory of High Energy Physics, the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics and the Dzhelepov Laboratory of Nuclear Problems will be formulated. All projects will be elaborated by experts of both sides and they will be considered at the 1st Joint Coordination Committee, which will be held on 29-30 November in Egypt. Adviser on Cultural Issues of the ARE Embassy in RF Professor Magdi Elias Fares Somuil and President of Egyptian Students Group in RF Professor Mohamed I. Elsergani also participated in the concluding meeting at the JINR Directorate.
