A new book edited by Professor Kholmirzo T. Kholmurodov “Computational Materials and Biological Sciences” has been published by Nova Science Publishers (New York).The book contains the proceedings of two symposia MSSMBS-2014 (“Molecular Simulation Studies in Material and Biological Sciences”) and DSCMBS-2014 (“Dushanbe Symposium on Computational Materials and Biological Sciences”). Kholmirzo T. Kholmurodov (JINR), Roman Efremov (IBC RAS), Yuko Okamoto (Nagoya University, Japan), Farhod Rahimov (President of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan), Khikmat Muminov (Director of the S.U. Umarov Physical-Technical Institute) were Co-chairmen of the organizing committee of the symposium.The research topics discussed in the MSSMBS’14 & DSCMBS’14 International Workshops are as follows: computer molecular simulation methods and approaches; molecular dynamics and Monte-Carlo techniques; modeling of biological molecules; physical and biochemical systems; material fabrication and design; drug design in medicine; computational and computing physics, chemistry, biology and medicine; GPU accelerated molecular dynamics and related techniques.
