A session of Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the Governments of the JINR Member States will be held on 27-28 March 2017 in the International Conference Hall, Dubna. This session was preceded by a meting of the Working group under the Committee of Plenipotentiaries Chairman on financial issues of JINR and a meeting of the JINR Financial Committee.

JINR Director V.A. Matveev will make a report on the results of JINR activity in 2016 and about recommendations of the 121st session of the JINR Scientific Council (February 2017).

JINR Chief Scientific Secretary N.A.Russakovich will speak about the implementation of the Seven-Year Plan for Development of JINR for 2010-2016.

JINR Chief Accountant S.N.Dotsenko will report on the JINR budget implementation in 2016.

Participants of the Session will consider the milestones of the meeting of the JINR Finance Committee on 24-25 March 2017 and proposals of the JINR Finance Committee on choosing an audit firm for the audit of the JINR financial activity of 2016.

Participants of the Session will consider issues of approvement of appointments of JINR Vice-Directors, Chief Scientific Secretary and Chief Engineer, presented by JINR Director V.A.Matveev. N.A.Russakovich will report on the elections of members of the JINR Scientific Council.
