On 21 February, the third meeting of the Supervisory Board of the NICA mega-project, established according to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, was held in Dubna. The progress of the implementation of the NICA project and future plans were discussed at the meeting.
