The 127th session of the Scientific Council was concluded in the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. The programme was intensive; the topical issues of the JINR development were considered. All the activities of the Institute in the key fields were reported on. The report by Director of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research Academician Victor Anatolivich Matveev was at the top of the agenda.
