The 129th session of the JINR Scientific Council was held on a very positive note. And this had grounds: the Superheavy Element Factory has proved effective, and the Booster is successfully operating. These are the facilities of key projects of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. The results of the Seven-Year Plan for the JINR Development depend on them. Four years of a seven-year period have passed.
