“Jiro Dreams of Sushi” (2011): Jiro Ono is 85 years old owner of Sukiyabashi Jiro, a tiny 10-seat restaurant located in a Tokyo subway station and awarded three Michelin stars. The tasting menu is about 20 courses at a minimum price of 30,000 Japanese yen ($270). A seat must be booked months in advance, making this probably the most expensive restaurant in the world. The film is about the passion for profession, dedication, and self-improvement every day with an example of one of the most successful chefs in the world.
