Publications, 24 January 2022

Upon the decision of the editorial board of the “Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics” (orig. “Izvestia Russkoy Academii Nauk: Seria fizicheskaya”), the editor’s choice in issue No. 10, Volume 85 (2021) is the article “Investigation of binary processes in reactions 36Ar + 144, 154Sm and 68Zn + 112Sn leading to the formation of neutron-deficient 180, 190Hg composite systems” by an international team with extensive participation of scientists of the Laboratory of Nuclear Reactions JINR.

Every month, the editorial board of the “RAS Bulletin: Physics” jointly with the ICC “Academkniga” provide open access to an article from each published issue of the journal starting from issue No.11, volume 83 (2019). These are the articles that seem to be the most interesting to a general audience according to the editorial board.

It should be reminded that it is not the first time the article by JINR scientists has received this honorary status. Thus, back in 2020, the editor’s choice of the RAS journal was the article by an FLNR JINR employee.

The scientific journal “RAS Bulletin: Physics” presents full-text articles with the most recent results in miscellaneous fields of modern natural sciences: physics and astronomy, solid-state physics, nanophotonics, nonlinear optics, x-ray optics, optical spectroscopy, nuclear physics, cosmic rays, Solar physics, physical applications in life sciences, etc.

The journal is included in the list of HAC of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and in the Russian scientific citation system RSCI. The translated version of the journal “Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics” is indexed in Scopus and included in the database “Russian Science Citation Index” on the Web of Science platform.
