Director-General of the Chinese Project Centre ITER Delong Luo expressed his gratitude to the JINR Directorate for warm welcome and described the visit as very informative. He said to the JINR Weekly Newspaper:

– JINR has long been known in China, there are facilities that attract us. Everything we saw today greatly impressed me. The history of our cooperation is very long. My aim was to find out the prospects for increasing cooperation with JINR and how international megascience projects are implemented here.

Will you give recommendations on the milestones of this visit?

– Yes, it is exactly what I am going to do. I work in the Ministry of Science and Technology, and our goal is to find new projects. I am going to tell my colleagues about what I have seen here and what formats of cooperation with JINR we can achieve.
